FilePro is Australian owned with over 30 years’ experience working with a range of law firms in size, structure and class.
1990-2000

FilePro was developed by our founder, David Keeler, originally an accountant disenchanted with the quality of legal software. Initially launched as Law Ledger.

At FilePro, we work very hard at producing more than a piece of software
With continued development, support and training resources completely dedicated to the FilePro system.
2000

FilePro brand and system launched. Of the 75 Law Ledger clients, 72 chose to convert to FilePro.

 

Personalised care and service
Our personalised, client service standards are, without doubt, embedded in our culture. Service is in fact what we rely on to retain our clients as we do not have fixed contracts, monthly fixed fees or lock your data.
2015

FilePro implemented a five-year national growth strategy to ensure longevity and continued delivery of high service and value to our clients as well as modernise the look of FilePro without any disruption to existing clients.

 

At FilePro, we work very hard at producing more than a piece of software.
Many clients make the Online Learning Hub part of their new staff induction programme, ensuring consistent and up to date use of FilePro across the firm.
2019

Launch of Training Unlimited allowed our clients to send any or all of their staff to attend any of our training courses or access our Online Learning  Hub – at no additional cost and whenever needed. This initiative also gave firms comprehensive induction resources for their new staff, ensuring they are FilePro proficient as soon as possible.

We Grow Together
We proudly offer choice in how firms access our platform. In addition, our unique pricing structure means you’re only charged for new matters. Our per matter fee includes unlimited support and training with no upfront or implementation costs and is backed by a strong and personal support ethos.
2020

Todd Keeler took on the CEO role after working with law firms since 1999. Lee-Anne Barry became a director/COO after 8 years as part of the client support team.
